- All logo design orders must be paid in full before we start working on any project.
- Customers must provide all information through our design brief link post in the comment section of our workflow system.
- If the customer doesn’t supply the information in ten working days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and keep the amount paid.
- Under any circumstance will accept the cancelation, and we don’t refund money.
